Paul Chek is a world-renowned expert in the fields of corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management and holistic wellness.
For over thirty-five years, Paul’s unique, integrated approach to treatment and education has changed the lives of many of his clients, his students and their clients.

Matthew Wallden is a CHEK Practitioner Level 4 and has qualified as an osteopath and naturopath in London. He has worked clinically and lectured on osteopathic technique.
In addition to being a CHEK Faculty member for 15 years, Matt has consulted for various top sports teams including Chelsea Football Club, Charlton Athletic Football Club and Surrey County Cricket Club. As a corrective exercise specialist, Matthew has lectured at four major UK osteopathic colleges and on many post-graduate courses for medical, rehabilitation and fitness professionals.

Angie Chek is a Certified Nutritionist from the American Health Science University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC Riverside.

She filmed a miniseries for PBS-KVCR on Hispanic Lifestyles in which she gives nutritional and exercise advice.
